Applications are accepted between Dec 1, 2010 at 7:00am - January 15, 2011 at 6:00pm (Easter Time)

Put "USPDF Championships 2011 Submission" in subject line

Fill out the URL address for your submission video directly in email.

Selected competitors will be notified within 7 days of deadline date Jan 15th. Finalists have to provide proof of birth date such as driver’s license or passport.
